AFBS contributed to drafting of the SBA comments on the regulation regarding Swiss Implementation of Basel III standards. It underlines two specific aspects which are of particular concern to the foreign banks in Switzerland. These points have also been included in the comments of the SBA. The specific points concern capital adequacy for trade finance business and reporting obligations applying to the Swiss branch of a foreign-based bank.
